Herzliya Beach has about 7 km of clean beaches with plenty of conveniences such as a marina, restaurants, hotels, a mall and lots of fun amenities. Just look at those yachts and see the color of the Mediterranean. Don’t you wish you were there? I have been to Herzliya Beach. Once I walked through on Shvil Yisrael. Then I came back with family to walk up and back on the beaches. Now I came bacj after a visit at nearby Apollonia in Herzliya for take in the colors of the Mediterranean. This is my clip of this vacaion day on Herzliya Beach.
Prego Pizza was established over 18 years ago, this KOSHER pizza & pasta chain has branches all over Israel. The staff was so polite and helpful. Everything was clean and tasty. The prices were perfect for a family. Imagine sitting eating pizza watching the yachts in the marina. A dream.
There are plenty of non-kosher restaurants in the Arena Mall – but not for me. There are also kosher restaurants that are much more expensive. So Prego was fine for me and I loved the smile.

Can you see Sidna Ali and Apollonia? In the far background of the photos above, facing north, you can see two of the important historical attractions so close to Herzliya Beach.
Sidna Ali is a mosque above the cliffs, overlooking the Apollonia-Nof Yam beach, since the 11th century housing the shrine of Ali Ibn Ali, a holy man thought to be a descendant of Mohammed. Inquire about prayer times before visiting so as not to interrupt the services.
Apollonia National Park contains the dramatic remains of a 13th century cliff-top Crusader fortress. One route is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
