The Famous Sycamore Tree

Actually there are two sycamore tree sites in Jericho. One sycamore tree of Zacchaeus is at the site of the Franciscan Catholic Convent of the Good Shepherd in Jericho.

At the Greek Orthodox monastery one can see a trunk of the very old sycamore tree protected by a glass frame.
