In Moshav Timorim, near Malakhi Junction (once better know as Kastina Junction), in the southern coastal plain, you will find Kadita Restaurant, a chef restaurant serving a variety of meat, fish, breakfasts, pasta and special desserts. Kadita is adjacent to the Sadash gas station. I recently had a superb meal there with my friends who came to Israel with me 51 years ago. You can imagine that we all have a lot of restaurant experience, but for our reunion we always choose a private room at Kadita. Each course, each plate was a piece of art and a joy to the taste buds. Kadita has come of age. It is definitely a “chef restaurant”.
