The Ein Dor Archaeological Museum was established by the members of Kibbutz Ein Dor in 1986 in order to house the antiquities discovered in the Lower Galilee and Jezreel Valley. The Ein Dor Museum of Archaeology is located at the foot of the Tabor Mountain, near the biblical Ein Dor, 11 miles west of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee). The museum illuminates the area's rich and vibrant past through its permanent, outdoor and temporary exhibitions.
