Hanukkah Food

Hot, steaming latkes! That’s what I remember the most of my boyhood Hanukkah in the USA Diaspora. But now, as an adult,  I would like to know how to prepare my favorite Hanukkah Food. Come along and let’s make potato latkes together. Don’t forget to prepare all the ingredients before you begin.

Having mastered food that averages 200 calories per portion, let’s move on to the “heavy weight” Hanukkah delights: sufganiot (jelly-filled doughnuts), at 500 calories each. Like most Jewish holidays a diet is recommended after the holiday.
