Kfar Tavor Museum
The Kfar Tavor Museum retells the story of the founding of Kfar Tavor. Kfar Tavor is one of the first Moshavot in Israel, and was established by members of the First Aliyah in 1901 by 28 farming families with the assistance of Baron Rothschild, the well known philanthropist.
The exhibition is thematic and includes themes such as the JCA and Baron de Rothschild foundations, Mount Tavor, village institutions, the Hashomer Hut and the Synagogue. The museum also displays a Farmers Yard with authentic farmers homes and farm animals.

Marzipan Museum – Kfar Tavor Israel
The Marzipan Museum,founded in 1998, is situated in Kfar Tavor in the Lower Galilee. The beautiful visitors’ centre boasts an exhibit of marzipan sculptures and offers creative marzipan and chocolate workshops. Next to the museum is a factory outlet store with all the almond and marzipan products as well as spices and other products. The Museum is located in the Wine Farm, follow the road signs.
Marzipan is a confection consisting primarily of sugar or honey and almond meal (ground almonds). Common uses are as a substitute for bread and in small marzipan imitations of fruits and vegetables.

Derech HaEtz – Wood Adventure in Shadmot Devorah
At “The Way of the Tree” (Derech HaEtz in Hebrew) you learn about the magical world of trees – especially those fast growing Paulonia trees. It is a tree adventure amusement park for great family fun: see a movie, climb a tree maze, build your own toy boat, join a drum workshop,berry picking, biking, and hiking and stay at the camp facilities in nature. There is a travellers store on site.

Dvorat HaTavor an authentic Israeli silk & honey farm in the Galilee
Dvorat HaTavor is an authentic silk & honey farm and visitors center located in moshav Shadmot Dvora at the foothill of Mount Tabor in the Lower Galilee. The tour includes an explanation about honey production, a visit to the beehives observatory and a visit to the silk growing facility. Facilities include parking, toilets, kiosk and a gift shop.
